MANAGING PARTNER

Ferry C. Namgyal is a lawyer with over three decades of experience advising multinational corporations, publicly listed companies, financial institutions, and private enterprises on complex legal, corporate finance, and strategic business matters. Admitted to the Indonesian Bar since 2002, he holds Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Accounting from Tarumanagara University, a Master of Law from Gadjah Mada University, and has pursued doctoral studies in Law at Gadjah Mada University. Throughout his career, he has served in senior executive roles, including General Counsel, Corporate Legal Director, Corporate Secretary, and Legal Consultant across leading organizations in the banking, manufacturing, media, consumer, and healthcare sectors. His practice encompasses civil litigation cases, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, cross-border financing, debt restructuring, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and strategic corporate transactions. He has led IPOs, rights issues, international bond offerings, syndicated loan restructurings, and major acquisitions while advising boards of directors and senior management on legal risk and corporate strategy. Recognized for his commercial acumen, pragmatic approach, and sound legal judgment, Ferry delivers sophisticated legal solutions that effectively balance legal compliance with clients’ long-term business objectives.

Shinta Trisna Sutrisno, S.H.

PARTNER

Shinta is the Co-Founder and Partner of FTP Law firm with experience in business law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law. Prior to establishing FTP Law Firm, she worked in several multinational companies and leading organizations, including Charoen Pokphand Group, Hyundai Motor Asia Pacific HQ, CFX (the first crypto exchange in Indonesia) and PT MDTV Media Technologies Tbk. She advises mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, financial services regulatory matters and corporate affairs of both private and public companies..
